Resumption of Membership System Sign-up and Sign-in Functions<\/h2>\n

We are pleased to announce that the membership sign-up and sign-in functions, which were temporarily suspended, resumed on Tuesday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. (JST)<\/span>. This suspension allowed us to repair connection issues between systems, modify certain programs, and complete final verification processes.<\/p>\n

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and anxiety this long-term suspension may have caused our members.<\/p>\n

Services Now Available:<\/p>\n

  • Signing in to your membership account<\/li>\n
  • Booking member rates in Japan and overseas after signing in<\/li>\n
  • Using Stay Award benefits (complimentary stays using points)<\/li>\n
  • New Membership Registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Temporary Suspended Services:<\/p>\n

    • Online point redemption (exchange for Complimentary Stay Coupons, and miles to points service)*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      *These functions are scheduled resume mid-June or later.\u00a0 We will provide a separate announcement once the exact resumption date is confirmed.<\/p>\n
