Appendix A: General Provisions of the Membership Program
  1. The basic membership status in One Harmony is “Member.” Upper-tier statuses include Loyal, Exclusive, and Exclusive Plus.
  2. The statuses of Loyal, Exclusive, and Exclusive Plus members (hereinafter collectively “Upper-tier Members”) are valid for one year (April 1 to March 31). If a member meets the qualification criteria during the performance evaluation period (January 1 to December 31), the status will be upgraded at the time the criteria are met and will remain valid until the end of March of the following year.
  3. If the criteria are not met during the performance evaluation period, the member will be downgraded by one tier April 1 of the following year.
  4. Upper-tier Members may rollover points earned in excess of the qualification criteria during the performance evaluation period to the following year as status-qualifying points. The maximum number of points that may be rolled over is the total number of points earned during the evaluation period (January–December). Points rolled over from the previous year cannot be rolled over again. Rollover applies only to status-qualifying points and does not apply to stay nights.
  5. To earn points or receive benefits defined in the membership program, members must present their membership number to the hotel. If the hotel is unable to confirm the membership number and benefits cannot be provided, the hotel assumes no responsibility.
