- Stay Award does not include breakfast.
- To search for available rooms and points, you may want to sign in on this page or on the reservation page.
- Rooms with no vacancies will not be shown on the reservation page.
- To complete your booking, you will need to provide your credit card number for reservation guarantee.
- If you want to book multiple rooms, please book one room for each reservation.
- If you wish to stay with three or more guests in one room, please contact the hotel directly.
- To modify your booking, cancel the original booking first and make a new one (Before cancellation, please check room availability and points. If you have concerns, please contact Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center (Japan).)
- If modification or cancellation is made 24h prior to check in date or earlier, all the valid points will be returned.
- Please cancel by 24h prior to check in date to avoid charge for full stay worth of One Harmony points.
- For modification or cancellation on and after 24h prior to check in date, please contact the booked hotel or Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center (Tokyo).
- One Rank Room Upgrade benefit for Loyal and Exclusive members or Room Upgrade Award cannot be applied together with Stay Award.
- Hotel Nikko San Francisco charges rooms daily amenity fee, and Nikko Style Niseko HANAZONO charges bathing tax.
