How it Works

Submit your request via the JAL website.

Register Your JMB Membership Number
Register your JMB membership number in your One Harmony account under “My Profile”.
*Your JMB password is required when entering your membership number.
*If already registered, please ensure your JMB number is correct.

Redeem via the JAL Website
Go to the JMB awards redemption page to proceed with the exchange.

Receive your Points
You’ll receive your One Harmony points approximately 2–3 weeks after your request is processed.

Details

  • You must register your JMB membership number in your One Harmony profile before making the exchange.
    If the number is not registered, the exchange cannot proceed.
  • If the JMB number is incorrect, or if the number and name do not match, points cannot be credited.
  • Mileage redemption is only available through the JMB reward redemption page.
  • The number of points required for redemption is subject to change without notice.
  • We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding eligibility or the status of redemptions within the JMB system.
  • Points will be credited to your One Harmony account approximately 2–3 weeks after the redemption process is completed.
    The crediting schedule cannot be expedited under any circumstances.
  • Points can only be used once they are reflected in your account. They cannot be used before they appear.
