Regarding the One Harmony Points Credit
We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience and anxiety caused to our members over an extended period due to system migration issues and subsequent technical difficulties.
Following the recent revisions to the One Harmony program, an adjustment was made to the value of our points. Consequently, we would like to inform you that points equivalent to 25% of the balance held by members as of March 22, 2026 (prior to the program revision) will be sequentially credit to your accounts between July 8 and July 10, 2026. We sincerely apologize for the delay from our initially scheduled timeline of May to June.
For members eligible for this point credit, the expiration date of your points has been extended to two years from the date the points are credited.
Your current point balance, reflecting this credited points, will be updated in your member account (My Account). For details, please sign in and check your Point History (*).
(*) In My Account, you can view your point balance as of March 22, 2026 (prior to the program revision), as well as your transaction history from March 23 onward.
The returned points are scheduled to be added under the “Other” category between July 8 and July 10.
Please note that if you have not completed the sign-up (password reset) procedure since March 2026, you must do so before signing in for the first time.
